“I will not stay here again and I would not recommend it.”

“Idiosyncratic to be sure. Initially we were a bit non plussed but over time became very comfortable. The negatives are that there are a lot of stairs (unless you stay in a downstairs room of course) and they are steep and narrow. The bedside lights took a bit of puzzling to figure out how to turn on and off. But we got there in the end. Another idiosyncratic thing was the huge bath in the bedroom (as well as a lovely shower). The plus points were many. A wonderfully comfortable bed. A delicious……

“The host was there to greet us which was nice and gave us a tour of the property. The room we stayed in was clean and very spacious and had a lovely big bathroom ( maybe consider a rail in the shower to hold on to) as well as a big sofa in the bedroom to chill. There is not kettle in the room however it's a short walk to the communal kitchen for to make a cuppa or food. Your allocated a shelf in the fridge to store food. We had 2 chihuahuas with us and they had a lovely space to run about as……

“Somewhat quiet. The owner was vwry nice and welcoming. Riim was adequate however it was small so luckiky we did not take up our suitcases. A small fridge was provided which was useful. What would have also been been useful was a jug or bottle of water. It was very hard to fill the kettle from the bathroom sink. We couldny understand why the bed was unusually warm and a bit sticky. Is the plastic under the mattress protector necessay? Nice stay.”
