“When we arrived at 2, they seemed surprised & our room was not ready even though it said check-in was at 2. We had to wait an hour before it was ready. After settling in, we found poop on the base of the toilet, hair on the floor of the tub, & dead lady bugs in the window seal. After informing an employee, a room cleaner came & cleaned the things mentioned. Nothing was expressed about being sorry or was it mentioned during or after our 2-day stay. The only positive we can say about this place……

“Pleasant staff ... Efficient check-in and a nice morning staff member who was replenishing the scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet. One thing I would suggests to the hotel management is that some sort of hooks be installed for hanging up coats etc. It's ok as is in warm weather, but come the need for seasonal outerwear there is no place to put it. The pool and fitness area looked inviting but, alas, no swimsuits were in the travel bags..perhaps next trip.”
