“Booked this hotel to use the pool and hot tub on our vacation. However, when we got there, it was closed due to maintenance. That was unfortunate, but we ended up staying cause we were too tired to look for another hotel in Lindale. You may want to call ahead and check that the pool is open if that's the main reason you are booking the hotel. We stayed for the complimentary breakfast. They had eggs, sausages, biscuits, waffles, bagels, cereal, juice, and so on. It was decent. Across the street……

“We were checked in by a very nice girl and she was professional and efficient. The room was very clean and everything worked. The bed was very good and there wasn't any Boise or distractions while we slept. The breakfast was pretty good and the man setting up the breakfast was a very hard worker. He more the entire floor, scrubbed every table and had everything ready and very clean. He was polite and offered to cook sausages for us because we noticed there were none (although there was a sign……

“the only thing i didn't agree we asked for towels since they had not come into our room due to someone being ill that day inn the room, she asked for the trash and dirty towels but didn't replace them had to ask that night at desk for clean towels, the shampoo and conditioner containers in shower were empty, and the noise had construction going during the day, and at night they need to reinforce the quiet time to customers coming in late, had a team of young kids coming in on saturday night……

“The room was clean and had great ac. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The young lady at the front desk was kind and helpful and knowledgeable. She even gave us the same room we had when we stayed the first time a week prior! So sweet.”
