"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint and peaceful cabin. Erica made the check in process very smooth and made sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay throughout our time there. The location was perfect for us as we were finishing up building in the same neighborhood. Our son absolutely loved the loft room! We really enjoyed the nature view from both the front porch and the back porch. We would highly recommend it!"

"We were looking for a weekend getaway away from a lot people, so we chose to rent a cabin here. The cabin came without a TV which was not listed on any sight we were on. The property was beautiful and big, but the roads were gravel and muddy from a recent rain. Only one of the pools were open. The "beach" is not swimmable and is located along the Trinity River which can be pretty gross at times. The positives though were it was out of the way and very quiet. It left for a very relaxing weekend....

"One can tell someone did a lot of work on the hotel, but major issues remain! Cockroaches in the room, the smoke detector hanging by its wires, the sink falling out of its counter, the toilet rocking, a roll of toilet paper with only enough on it for one use and no spare, gunk on the wall by the bed, the TV difficult to see cause it is somehow being converted to an analog signal before being distributed, tiny towels that one can barely dry oneself with it.
