“Always a wonderful experience when staying here”

“was very disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Rolla, MO. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was not welcoming. They weren’t outright rude, but they were inattentive and gave the impression that guest service was not a priority. The room itself had a noticeable mildew odor, and the sheets smelled sour, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The biggest issue, however, was the shower. It drained extremely slowly, leaving us standing in dirty backwash……

“Took one look at the room and left. Absolutely awful. Description and pictures do not come close to the reality of the place. The cabins were falling apart, the quality of the bedding was awful, there was no space in the room, the air conditioning unit wasn’t effective but was really loud. Couldn’t get out quick enough. It was the complete opposite to how it was described. ”
