“Difficult to find entrance , otherwise good.”

“As you can see, not pleased with the Ashford in. Confusion on my booking I thought I was booking September 9, 2026 apparently not it defaulted to the day I was booking it May 9, 2026, and got billed for a night stay while I was still in California and was a no-show at Ashford in England.Politely contacted them told him I needed to change my date of arrival to the correct date and they said too bad so sad and we’re not forthcoming in trying to fix the mistake or work with me to let me book……

“I only stayed for a night but found it to be a warm and very friendly place the lady that greeted me was super friendly room was lovely cosy bed good night sleep highly recommended ”

“When we arrived to check in the room was not ready. Turns out they were not even aware of our booking until we showed it to them. We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready. Waiting outside in the side proved to be a disaster as their outdoor table and chair was covered in a black bitumen type substance that got all over the bottom of my trousers and completely ruined them. When we did get into the room the large curved screen TV proved to be……

“The linen was very fresh and clean smelling, owner very pleasant. The property is undergoing refurbishment, hence the low price. TV didnt work and fridge needed a clean, the loo brush was source of nasty smell. ”

“Room was great and we were able to park outside the door which was appreciated. Our evening main meal in the pub was very good as was the breakfast in the morning. Would recommend to anyone wanting a bub bed and breakfast. ”

“It was a scam I was messed around on the phone several times while I was waiting for yet another call from them the owner of the house turned up and wondered why I was stood outside his property he was very shocked when I showed him his address on the booking confirmation please beware”

“A comfortable and convenient stay in central Margate. The whole apartment was well decorated and equipped, and was just what we needed for our evening at Dreamland. It's above a central Margate pub, so the outside noise was to be expected. It didn't stop us from getting a decent night's rest, and all in all, great value for money. I'd happily stay here again.”

“You never know what to expect when travelling somewhere new but this place is lovely, it felt like a home away from home. The small touches like the thank you card, the candle, the decor, even the garden made it feel very homely. The host was amazing, she made me feel welcome, she showed me around and was very friendly. I had my privacy but she checked in to see if I was ok and to see if I needed anything which I thought was sweet. I loved my stay here and I will definitely come here again. If……
