“When I arrived to my room my door was wide open for anybody to walk in there was an old cedar mop bucket in the middle of the floor and and no cedar mop by the bathroom door The toilet did not flush properly The refrigerator freezer was caked full of ice but ice bucket was filthy and the TV remote needed batteries their air conditioning unit had smoke burns all over it and you can see the dust collection in the air filter I was not satisfied at all. “Picked this place because it was recommended by Expedia and it had a pool and they claimed it had a family friendly restaurant on premises and a bar. It was FAR from clean. Stains and dried food stuck to the upholstered chair and ottoman. There was NO remote in the room for the TV. I tried to call the front desk but tge phone was DEAD.
