“Reasonable price in center city location. Staff were lovely. As a 72 year old with heavy luggage, I was surprised to learn my room was 3 flights up with no elevator. Staff helped carry my bags, which I was grateful for lol l. I understand that another area has elevator access but would have wanted to know this before booking. Teeny room. No washcloths, no electric outlet in bathroom. Extremely loud from drinkers leaving bars in early morning hours. Need to provide ear plugs or warn people of the……

“The location is good, with the bus station to the airport right in front of the hotel enhance and restaurants/bar nearby. There is a 24-hr reception so night flight and late check-in are totally fine, the staffs are also nice and offer us free printing. The overall experience is much better than expected! :)”

“I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside……

“It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre. The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud. They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean……
