“This is in a wonderful area of the Catskills with a creek streaming in the back if you wish to visit it. I've stayed a few times and I've seen many people take their dogs to Black Bear. They love the treed property for walks. It's close to farm stands or antiquing in the various towns along route 23.”

“This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. We are very appreciative of all the effort that went into it. The hot tub was great for our kids. There was a fire pit on site and there is a separate company who stocks……

“The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.”

“It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games……

“My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay at this cozy cabin on the lake in celebration of our 13th anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to relax with beautiful views! The bed in the living room made for a great movie watching spot, while the bed in the bedroom was super comfortable for nighttime sleep. The cabin is simple with no frills, but it was clean and spacious and met our needs. We appreciated the simplicity of the weekend.We tried fishing from the shore but nothing was biting……

“The hotel was so convenient to everything & within walking distance to the HOF as well as good restaurants. The owners are super friendly as well as helpful. The bathroom was on the small side but still had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again. ”
