“For us, it was beautifully resourced apartment in a fantastic location for exploring the Northern reaches of Norway and the arctic region. The hosts, Aksel and Nathalie, were thoughtful, supportive, and informative.”

“This is nice place to stay if you are a travel budget person. Bus station is 3 minutes away and it takes less than 5’ to central. Check google map and you will know when it comes. One thing is that they don’t take credit card on bus so make sure that you have small change for bus or buy bus ticket on the app. There is one market very close by. It has everything so you can buy food to cook or pre-cook already ”

“The best part was the night time view from our window. And now the reality of actually staying there, Arctic Mary Rooms "Hotel". 1. Nice front door,with a pile of junk ceiling high at the side. 2. Needed a torch to operate key code pad outside, making a loud noise with every touch. 3. Boots strewn all over the hallway causing me to trip when entering. 4. Misdescribed Superior Room, no mention of shared bathroom and toilet. 5. Only one thin pillow each, contacted the manager (he had emailed……

“The house was very clean and in great condition and we were able to see the northern lights right from the house which made it more wonderful 😀 ”

“Loved the property but after we left the host tried to scam us by saying we left the place without tidying up. He wanted 1000NOK/£70. I told him we videoed the entire place showing it was spotless before we left, and he quickly told us to not worry about the 1000NOK. The place was also advertised as a 3 bedroom house yet he failed to tell us that one of the bedrooms is his private bedroom and is not to be used! I would return to Finnsnes, but never to this place.”
