"On the edge area and I would not say totally safe. There was a farmers market below my window, quite wonderful and on every night until 10 pm. One night a man with a knife was threatening some one, but a serious fight seem to have been avoided as no one was hurt. A lot of noise every night from 5 am until 7 am with trucks unloading and loading. The hotel was OK, the room large and the bathroom great.
