El check in fue algo lento porque había mucha gente pero el personal muy amable, atendieron a nuestras peticiones de piso alto y la habitación tenía vista espectaculares al río y a la Biblioteca Nacional. Aunque la avenida es grande, apenas se escucha el tráfico y es muy tranquila. Habitación grande, con sofá, mesita, minibar, kettle y algunos tés y cafés disponibles, y jarra de agua que puedes rellenar en las fuentes de cada planta. La cama cómoda aunque las almohadas algo incómodas y poco mullidas. Pocos amenities en el baño y había algo de polvo en la habitación (en el mando de la tele se notaba mucho). La limpieza es a demanda, y con moqueta debería ser diaria. La bañera hace ruido, deberían cambiarla a ducha, sería más cómoda. El desayuno espectacular, muy variado en frío y caliente y tanto en salado como dulce. El salón es muy grande, no suele haber problema de espacio. El spa solo pudimos disfrutarlo un día pero se agradece: tiene jacuzzi de cama de burbujas, piscina, hamman, dos saunas y cubo de agua fría. Se va con reserva. No me gustó que nadie llevara gorro (había pelos en la piscina) y que hay gente que piensa que es un parque acuático y grita o se tira a la piscina molestando y las chicas no dicen nada. La habitación correcta en tamaño, el baño un poco pequeño (con bañera, eso sí) y se ve todo de calidad. La TV un poco pequeña y la cama algo blanda, con dos cojines muy buenos. El circuito de spa estaba incluido en la tarifa de hoteles.com así que en ese sentido muy bien, te ceden albornoz, toalla y chanclas, y aunque es pequeño, tienes sauna, una piscinita de burbujas y jacuzzi. El desayuno es correcto y variado. Muy grande el espacio, aunque siempre está a tope. Ahí me di cuenta de lo grande que es el hotel (y no lo parece). Las zonas comunes del hall muy bien, las de las plantas un poco desangeladas. Las habitaciones sorprendentemente silenciosas, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que es una calle con varios bares cerca."
