Our door lock broke like i’m talking you could push the door open with one finger, someone came and started filing at the door and when we asked to get a new room because it was just 2 females in the room we did not feel comfortable not having a door we could secure in any way at first they refused saying their was no rooms but when I said we are just going to leave and i want a partial refund for the night we aren’t staying suddenly a……
