"Pros: - Hotel room was clean - Good WiFi connection - Great shower water pressure - Balcony - Helpful Staff - Good AC - Decent Breakfast included with the room rate - Across the street from the beach - Walkable area - Safe area around the hotel Cons: - The hotel is about 15 mins away from historical center and the train station, not too bad. But when you have heavy luggage in the hot heat seems longer lol. - FYI: To get to the historical center or train station from and to the hotel, you have to walk through these underground long tunnels to get to the other side of town. I went during the Summer Jamboree Festival, so there was a lot of activity and traffic still during midnight-AM hours. "The hotel is new, clean, well designed and uncluttered. Plenty of common areas, roomy breakfast hall with natural light. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have big showers with glass walls (no shower curtain needed). The front desk is helpful and the breakfast staff went out of their way to feed us even if we got there 5 minutes before closing. Free parking and space reserved to charge EVs. "
