“La habitación estaba muy limpia y confortable, el servicio del personal siempre fue muy amable y atento, el desayuno y estacionamiento estuvieron bien. Le pongo 4 estrellas en general porque las habitaciones no tienen teléfono (la comunicación con recepción es por WhatsApp) y los cuartos no tienen aire acondicionado, solo ventilador, nos toco mucho calor y el ventilador ayudaba poco. Gracias por sus atenciones.”

“Had to switch bedroom because the AC was leaking, which is fine, it can happen; but on the other room there was used soap on the shower and hairs on the floor.
Overall bedrooms were OK, but the fact that had that detail on the bathroom was not ok.
Not bugs, or anything found on the room. Overall was 6-7 out of 10.
Also breakfast was not excellent, coffee was good.”

“Multiple issues with this property. First the good – our room was lovely with plenty of space and light, a charming brick barrel ceiling, comfortable bed, and the location is very central, quiet, and peaceful. But no comfortable place to sit or read, just the bed and a cramped little desk with a hard wood chair. Definitely needs a good chair or small sofa which there's clearly room for. Now the bad – the floors were filthy and hadn't been cleaned in ages; they turned everything that touched them……
