“Overall, our 3 week stay at Hotel Nena was excellent. The facility itself is amazing with a wonderful historic ambience incorporated with modern amenities. Staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs and it was nice to have a morning breakfast provided in the onsite restaurant. Wifi was very good. The central location allowed us to comfortably walk to many of the wonderful sites San Miguel de Allende has to offer. ”

“Room: we had a 2 bdr 2 bath looks just like an apartment. Had a small kitchen which I didn't use. Very quiet, bed was comfy, AC working well and very chic looking. Location: was safe and gated,clean and 15-20 min from El centro. I arrived at 5am walked into the small lobby which was freezing cold and lonely. I thought maybe I can have breakfast hang out in waiting area for a bit but restaurant did not open until 8am so I ended up paying for a night just to stay warm and nap. Glad night were……

“On balance a nice little hotel. Good value for the cost. The shower is excellent with lots of hot water. Lovely view from the rooftop. There is a fair bit of daytime street noise, but we took a lower-level room and it was very quiet at night. Keep in mind that it's up a hill, so if you're walking, it's a bit of a hike. Not many nearby restaurant or store options other than Los Milagros Terraza further up the hill (which we recommend).”
