“Hotel seems relatively new so our TV wasn't working, the WiFi was poor the bathrooms are small which is fine but unfortunately nowhere to hang your wet towel or to hang a hand towel while using it. There are no drawers to put your clothes in. But this can be easily fixed and the staff were amazing and so helpful. They even moved us to another room because we were wakened during the night because of outside noise (this was council workers at 4.00am) !!! so again cannot fault the staff ,……

“The room was a good size for my wife and me, appreciated the air conditioning especially during a heat wave, shower facilities were very good and the coffee maker and cupboard with bowls, plates, microwave very useful though we didn’t use them. The only thing was that we found the mattress too hard which caused us discomfort and the fire alarm went off about 6am but was quickly switched off. The location of the hotel is useful being close to both railway stations, underground, bus stops, bars……

“本來應該可以有10分，但係要扣的是張被非常之細， 是單人被，轉過身都不夠。 另外因為酒店容許帶寵物入住，但係是否應該安排同一個樓層獨立接待有帶狗入住的訪客呢？ 我住一樓隔離就有狗經常響度吠，真係比較困擾😟 只有這兩處地方扣分，職員好好👍早餐都OK”
