“Clean rooms nice staff”

“The first room had a broken lock on the door. The second room didn’t have a working microwave or fridge. The pool was said to be warmed but was freezing cold and we couldn’t use the hot tub. The towels by the pool was dirty and there were used band aids by the pool”

“I will not be staying here again. Carpet in room was very dirty and my socks were turned black. The tile area has fallen apart and it ended up cutting through my socks and almost cutting my foot. The shower head had no pressure at all. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok went to check out after eating and no one at desk for checkout so I ended up just leaving.”

“Spent two nights. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast and happy hour buffets were substantial and tasty. The hotel manager came around to ask guests how their stay was going. Didn't use the pool but it looked well-maintained. Ticked all my boxes. Highly recommend.”

“Decidedly average hotel booked by my Wife and I for the Lafayette Festival Louisianne. The best thing about the room was the shower due to its amazing water pressure. Otherwise, a few negatives to point out were: the fact that when the air conditioner kicked on it was very noisy, the fact that we could hear the flushing of toilets emanating from other rooms in the hotel, and the fact that our room situated on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was not as sound proof as we would have……
