“Bath area had a light fixture that was dim and exhaust fan was non functioning. Bathtub needs maintenance.”

“The staff is very friendly. Elevator smelled like urine the non-smoking room didn’t smell fresh. The towels were dingy, but that’s OK because I always pack my own. Other than that the best”

“A lot of issues. The elevator looked like it has never been cleaned, inside & out looked like people just wiped greasy hands all over, yuck! The TV was set at 35, it wouldn't go any higher. It was almost impossible to hear above the air conditioning. No tissue in the room, no pad/pen, shower head was poor, breakfast was poor.”

With me being a travel agent I would have given this hotel 10 out of10 but the walls are very thin that you can hear the people talking in the other room. I didn’t get a good night sleep because I heard the traffic all night on the highway. The hotel is right off the highway. The traffic is very heavy and noisy in the mornings. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. ”

“This is about third time we stayed at Comfort Suites in Scott,La. The breakfast was not pleasing. The eggs have several liquid spots. The parking lot was great and safe.”

“This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We asked to switch rooms because I found hair, debris and a mini flashlight in the bed upon arrival. When we switched rooms we were moved to a room with huge black stains on the carpet, food in the fridge and a delightful smell of smoke and urine. The elevator was broken so we took the stairs and no one cleaned up the vomit in the stairwell for over 24hrs. We also found pills on the floor, and one in the bed (in the new room). I understand that……
