“Check in was easy. Reception staff was courteous and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was spacious.
However, the room floors were very dirty. The room smelled like heavy smoke, and a little musty, Especially in the bathroom. There was also an air freshener in the room to cover up the smell but it made it worse.
The restaurant looks nice, clean, and presentable, but the food was average and the staff were not very attentive.
Overall, not bad for a middle of the road……

“I stay here frequently and have no complaints. It’s comfortable, clean, good breakfast.
Note to the manager - room 216 - get a MIRROR in it! I mentioned it to staff and they said they get lots of complaints about it! So sort it!! There’s a DIY store just along the road!! ”
