“The hotel was clean the food was good. Everyone was great. My only complaint is if you rent a Beach Front Hotel you would think you would not be charged 10 Euro per day to walk across the beach to go in the water. I was told I would not be changed if I had booked directly with the hotel this was a surcharge for booking with hotels.com. Scam.”

“When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. Fortunately, Expedia could confirm that a) the booking was confirmed by the hotel b) late arrival is possible until 11pm. In addition, I wrote an Email to the hotel during our next……

“wir waren am letzten öffnungstag des jahres da & dementsprechend war nicht mehr alles 100ig verfügbar. (poolbar, gastro im hotel) es war allerdings ansonsten alles top.wir hatten schon wesentlich grössere zimmer mit‘ weniger platz‘ 1. reihe mit meerblick ist natürlich auch sehr nett. pool top. sowieso alles top in schuss & mehr oder weniger neu. das frühstück im marina palace nebenan auch sehr gut in schönem ambiente. parkplatz zu fuss in 1 minut erreichbar. in der super altstadt ist man zu fuss……
