“I absolutely loved the location and amenities, but the breakfast was definitely over advertised. The property had many comments on an “incredible” breakfast. But for two people, we were only given an 18$ voucher which was only enough to get two full entrees at the neighboring cafe, no drinks, coffee, no baked good. To be fair the cafe was lovely, delicious, and very fairly priced. But a little crazy we couldn’t even afford a drink with breakfast with the voucher. Then the Sunday breakfast that……

“Very clean historic home. The street is rather loud and busy at night. Home is located right near an Albertsons that's convenient enough to walk. Kitchen is well stocked. Water is nice and hot. ”

“I have NEVER given a bad review, but here I must. The property was dated, and some of the furniture was in bad shape. For instance, the bar stools in the kitchen area were torn on the cushion area or were patched. One night I used the toilet and the water came up in the shower. I had to wait the next day for several hours for a plumber to come out and clear the main line. In the Master Bedroom on windy nights the curtains on the inside of the room would move. And if you like dogs, the neighbors……

“Exceptional! A perfect place in every sense! Great location, super clean and comfortable. Not only exactly as advertised, but better. We had a family stay to visit Carlsbad Caverns. We were all super comfortable and happy with the stay. Would do it again in a heart beat! ”

“Room was comfortable, price was low, staff were very nice, check in and check out were easy. Breakfast was not that great; stale and lacking. Coffee was terrible. -And TV wouldn’t connect to Internet. ”
