“An excellent place to stay right on the river with views of river traffic and bridges. Excellent restaurant service and bar inside and outside with full menu that will also work for more Western tastes. Within a mile of major Indian rail system. One of few or possibly only floating hotel.”

“Sudip and Suchita( sorry If I forgot the name) were really good and after initial issue with room, Sudip stepped in and sorted the problem. He showed professionalism and made our stay for next 3 days exteremely good and enjoyable. Front staff were polite and accommodative and took care of us.”

“This property located one of the prime location.
Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me.”

“Spacious, very clean, well maintained frequently serviced rooms with modern good quality furnishings, and amenities including a/c, fridge, hot water. Breakfast is included, excellent variety. Very polite and helpful staff, nothing was a big ask. Only downside was the noise of traffic on Park Street which was really the sounds of Kolkata life.”
