Fresh towels and bed linen mid week, unprompted texts suggesting places to visit, offers of help when I was unwell, daily bin emptying and toilet roll replenishment and offers of coffee whenever at the pool area. One evening there were rain and they offered us umbrella and there was other small details to make our stay better. We had a room with sea view.
