“It was ok, a lot of things weren’t working in the arcade, waterpark is a little outdated, bottom of the pool was dirty, breakfast staff in kitchen were rude. The room was nice and big and clean for the most part! It was fun however I wouldn’t spend 260 on one night ever again.”

“My family comes multiple times a year for the waterpark. Since last visit we have noticed that the staff is much less friendly than before. I'm not sure what the dynamic is behind the scenes, but the energy of the front desk and cleaning staff was depressing. We were also dissapointed that we were shorted waterpark passes at check in (no problem previous stays in same suite), concerned that the waterpark life guard staff was constantly on their phones or gossiping with each other and seemed……
