“the hot tub did not work and they did not till us at chick-in i would not have stayed”

“The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl”

“Clean room and common areas. The hot tub was perfect temperature, however the jets did not work. The breakfast was adequate, but not well kept up. ”

“Bar/pizza spot was perfect! Amazing staff great selection. Breakfast area in hotel was super small with minimal seating-lots of sports teams so it took along time. Our a/c unit went out in the middle of the night! Super frustrating when we had to leave for a game at 720am. When we checked out at 11 my husband told the front desk and they made a comment that we should have told the when it happened! Very frustrating”

“The room was a smoking room which i picked, but as soon as you open the door, you got hit with a strong but stale smell of weed. It was so strong that i checked out at 11:15pm after checking in at about 5. Ive stayed at this place before and it was fine, so it may have just been this room as it was the first time i stayed in a smoking room. ”

“It would have been great if they would have put on the Website for the property and on Expedia that the pool was going to be closed for painting. We checked before we booked and checked when we got to the property and it was not posted. The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation. ”

“Services and people are good and willing to help. Yet, room is a bit smaller under of my expectation. It seems like a suite from the booking which is not in fact. However, no regret to stay there.”

“Better than average continental breakfast, everything was fresh and staff was attentive at keeping things stocked. Rooms were clean. Bathroom and shower were clean, but starting to show some aging. Overall it was a good value for the price.”

“The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff.”

“All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.”
