We had a last minute trip up to Estes to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is under construction and it had the potential of being noisy. The staff and even the construction workers were courteous and tried to be as accommodating as possible. The rate was good and the location was good. Next time ...
very nice hotel but the rooms we stayed in need more dresser draws - really lacking in this department. For weeks stay living out of a suitcase. Personnel from front desk to room cleanning were very nice
The only problem we had with our stay was the mountain view. I wouldn't recommend it if you are a light sleeper. The hotel is located right next to the highway, which provides great access to the local area. The highway is also on the mountain side. The highway dominated the view and we heard the ...
Check in was quick. The price was great for the area. The room was newly renovated and smelled like fresh paint. Most of what was in the room was new. The beds were comfy and clean. Only a few minutes to downtown. Had some problems with the tv channels but not a big deal to me. All in all worth the ...
Hotel was nice, but things look a bit older and worn out. Overall clean, but older caulking in shower and the older carpets made it feel less so. Staff were great. Apart from age, room was comfortable. Bathroom could've been bigger given extra space in room, but good overall.
Best night sleep. Great mattress and good walking distance. Only complaint, they charged $8.00 extra for parking which I don't think was necessary.
Cowboy Rog sang songs around the campfire. Very talented with his guitar and various songs he can play and sing. We enjoyed him. Room very nice. Helpful and knowledgable staff-friendly. The only negative is that the breakfast could very much be improved on. Very little selection. Providing waffles ...
For the price, this place needs to be nicer. The bar/restaurant staff were sometimes hard to find and often slow. Food (just had breakfast) was ok but way over-priced. The windows in the Waterfront Grille were dirty and there ware cobwebs in the higher areas of the restaurant. The room was nothing ...
We had a nice and cozy stay at Dao House. The grounds were beautiful. Wish we would have tried the oxygen bar. Friendly staff and helpful. I would recommend friends and family to stay here
I am pleased in every aspect about this hotel. I forgot that check in ends at 6pm and was still in Denver at that time, so they gave me a courtesy call to let me know that they'll have the key ready for me when I arrive late and that it wouldn't be a problem to check in the next day. The room was ...
