“Air conditioner was off, it smelled, housekeeping was unavailable, had to get your own towels from downstairs. -Wouldn't recommend.”

“Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and the breakfast was good. The kids loved the indoor pool, that was the main reason we booked City Express. Would definitely recommend and be coming again. Wouldve been nice to have some options of meds to purchase like benadryl, ibuprofen, aspirin but not complaining at all. Really enjoyed our stay.”

“We always stay at this hotel when we go to Lafayette, but we did not have a good experience this time. We arrived early and we were able to check in so that was nice. The pool was closed so that was disappointing, but it opened the next day. When the pool did open, the water was extremely cloudy with a film. We were really disappointed because we stayed 4th of July weekend and the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The lay out chairs need to be replaced, one was dry rotted and……
