Considering I stayed at the Ibis in the City a month before and the experience there was a lot better and definitely better value for money. Had to go and ask for tea and coffee at breakfast as the 2 staff on duty were busy tidying up and refilling the breakfast buffet. Sign at restaurant entrance said please wait to be seated - there was no-one around to do this so just went in. "
