“There was no free breakfast, which completely surprised me. That is usually a given these days. The room was a nice size and was well-appointed.
There was no maid service because we were only staying two nights. That was also unexpected.
We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but when we went in, a teenager with crocs on was in it, tons of thick foam, which was dirty as well. When we mentioned it at the front desk, we were told "that's just how it is," As someone who has traveled……
