"The H Hotel was very nice. The front desk staff were excellent. We were there 4 nights. Our bed was made once and the room cleaned once in four days! Never had this happen at any other high end hotel I have stayed."

"Hotel was nice, room was spacious. Pool is no longer an outdoor/indoor pool like advertised, and the pool water and hot tub water smelled like it came from the pond outside, not enjoyable to sit in, came out smelling like mold. Bar/restaurant was nice and enjoyable with a live band and great food. Staff was very friendly."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, though I would have preferred a roll in shower since it was supposedly a handicap accessible room. The only complaint I have is with the other guests... there was a team of some sort staying there when we were there and they made an awful lot of noise throughout much of the night. That wasn't the hotel's fault, but I would recommend ear plugs for anyone who might be a light sleeper! The staff was helpful and it was nice to have a restaurant on-site so that we didn't have to go out if we didn't want too."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff very friendly. However, before 8am there was a lot of very loud talking downstairs that unfortunately woke us up. After coming home late from a concert, it would’ve been nice to sleep in a bit. Also, breakfast is not included but there is a coffee bar that sells pastries. None of it being included. A nice breakfast outside on the porch in the cool room would’ve made the stay spectacular."
