“We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose……

“Air conditioner worked but with loud noise. Front desk staff gteeted me like an enemy. No smile at all. Few guys stirring at me as if I landed from Mars. The boys who cleaned the room seemed to be nice. The airport was 10 minutes drive and I heard that the price would be 300 rupees but the hotel front desk asked 500 rupees and the driver asked 100 rupees tip and all together I paid 600 rupees. The hotel guys were so nosy and asked several questions. Kind of scary. Can't complain about the room.……
