“Throughly enjoyed our stay as a family with our dog! Staff were super friendly and so helpful and inviting. The location is great with a beautiful view of the lake. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and would definitely recommend and the breakfast was really tasty. Beds really comfortable and clean! Room has everything you need. Will be back for sure!”

“The location is perfect with easy access & a car park at the back (payable) & also a tunnel going through to the promenade, perfect for a stroll. The view from the bay fronted room was stunning; highly recommended. The staff are all very hard working but courteous at all times & can't do enough for you. The food is good & reasonably priced. The poached eggs and mushrooms I had for breakfast was delicious! The place is in need of some TLC & refurbishment is clearly ongoing but my room was……

“The internet connection is unstable. Other than that, it’s great place to stay. Friendly and competent staff. Clean room. Great bar. The hotel is within talking distance to the Lancaster train station (ca. 13-15 min) and local bus stops (ca. 5 min.)”

“We love the breakfast freshly cooked from the menu, there’s continental from the buffet as well. Apparently need to do some improvements with the room conditions. The housekeeper didn’t get the rubbish from the bin inside the toilet for 2 days. Hotel located opposite to the sea with beautiful views. Free parking along the road after 6pm until 9am. There is public parking available around. On the average ok for the stay, spacious room.”

“Really good value hotel experience. I had a sea view from my room. I also really appreciated the continental breakfast inclusive of the price. I wasn't expecting it. Not all cheaper hotels are good, but this one is. Simple, great value and a lovely experience.”

“My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful - we ate in the bar on the first night - tasty food and HUGE potion size. The room was large (twin beds) and both the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained - this is an old building which was part of its charm. The breakfast was continental - had everything we needed. We booked a second night which wasn't planned.”

“Only stayed for the one night room was big enough couldn’t turn on the shower but wasn’t that bad as had the bath and I’m sure if I had called them I’m sure they would of come and sorted it out staff was amazing very friendly would definitely stay again”
