“super close to outlet. everything is quite new in this hotel.breakfast staff is very helpful and friendly. My kids and I would definitely come back next time.”
“This hotel is showing its age. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We got a suite because we needed a pull-out bed. When we went to use it, there was a typewritten message under the cushion - broken - please do not use. (There was also a fake/rubber cockroach under the cushion.) Went to the front desk and he indicated - yeah - we've had problems with that room - he offered a blow up bed, but I was not comfortable in knowing if it would be clean or not. Luckily in our travels we had……
“The hotel and rooms smelled really really really bad. So bad I was afraid to sit my belongings on anything. I tried two rooms before requesting a refund and both rooms stunk bad. Housekeeping needs to do better and or the carpet needs to be replaced.”
“The hotel had a musty smell. The carpet in the halls was frayed and looked unclean. The ceiling in the bathroom had black spots - not sure but thought it might be mold. The light in the bathroom kept flickering.”
“Our large room was clean and up to date with televisions, internet and phone service.
We left our vehicle in the parking lot close to the front door for 4 days with no damage. The shuttle service to the airport was great with no wait times going and returning. The parking fee was very reasonable at $60.00 for 4 nights. The morning attendant turned on the juice machine for me at 4:30 in the morning. I found the staff to be friendly and courteous. I would stay there again.”
“Bathroom only has one sink. Shower was awful - low spotty pressure and hard to wash your hair or shave your legs. Towels are thin and smelled weird, also too starched. They did let us check in early which was super nice of them. Kids enjoyed the pool. Air constantly felt damp and the room smelled pretty bad the whole time - likely dirty carpet. Housekeeping was not reliable and we had to repeatedly ask for new towels because they didn’t refresh them.”
