"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was really good and the attendant kept it well stocked and clean. Parking was always available. The only issue for us was the side entrance had no lighting through the hotel."

"Clean hotel and casino but I’ve never met so many rude employees in my life. First, my husband bought a coffee from Caribou and they made other peoples drink but completely forgot about him. They said that he didn’t buy anything when he had a receipt. Next, the waitress at the restaurant we went to was very short and rude to my whole family. We didn’t matter to her and that was apparent. We asked another waitress for the necessities like napkins and silverware and without asking if we needed anything else, she walked away very quickly and didn’t stop back. Lastly, at the front desk, when we were trying to check out, my husband was standing in line at the counter and a man behind the desk rudely shouted “leave your hotel key on the desk and have a nice day”. Not to mention, comic bingo was fun but the music was too loud and the man spoke too quiet and too fast. Mind you, this was my birthday weekend and we had a good time but I don’t think we will be going back. "

"The breakfast had no taste. There was no orange juice. The rooms are super small along with the pool and hot tub. Trying to use the remote in the bedroom you had to hold it up high for channels to change. The cold and hot were opposite of what they were suppose to be. In the other room the one remote didnt work at all. And no hot water. I will not be back unless you change some things."

"Staff was very nice. Property is getting run down and repairs needed. Curtains were ripped. Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous. "

"The room was clean and met basic expectations, which I appreciated. However, the breakfast was very basic with limited options, and unfortunately the shower didn’t work during my stay, which was inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay experience. "

"The hotel was older but some things had been remodeled in the past several years, and it was very clean. We were only staying one night and didn’t get there until about 7pm, about an hour later we heard a train that sounded like it was about to come through the room. I was hoping it was the last train of the night or something because no where that I saw the hotel said anything about a train being 10 feet away from the hotel. Unfortunately the train came by 4 or 5 more times by the time we got up in the morning, and yes it blew its whistle several times every time it came by. When I said something to the lady at the desk when we checked out she was rude. We will not be staying there again even though it’s in walking distance to the college my daughter is starting next year. "
