“Room and hotel were clean. No free WiFi included. Our room also didn’t have hot water throughout our stay. The water came in and out the entire time we used the hot water. “The room was not clean. The property itself wasn’t clean unless you were in the lobby. The lobby was deceiving because it was so clean and nice looking and the rest absolutely was not. The room had stains on the carpet and bedding, it all smelled like mildew, and all tables & the microwave in the room had a weird residue like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The whole place also just didn’t feel safe. ”
