“Clean Quiet Good”

“We took a room with Bay view only to find out that they had locked al balconies for security and comfort. Something like this would have encouraged me to book in the next door best Western where all balconies looked fine. This should be mentioned on their website when you book a room”

Our room’s deadbolt did not work, there was no iron, ironing board, blow dryer, bath gel, or shampoo in the room. When I asked for another room due to the deadbolt issue I was told I had to pack up all of my stuff before I could check the quality of the other room. We checked into a handicapped accessible room for my 80 year old mother and the replacement room was not handicapped accessible. We stayed……
