“We reserved a King Room with River View through Expedia and upon arrival was informed that there were no River View rooms available. The front desk clerk told us to always call the hotel direct when booking through a third party. We had checked the hotel's website and the River View rooms were available, so we booked. We did accept a City View room with 2 Queen beds. Once in the room quickly discovered the room had recently been smoked in. We can accept the disappointment of not having a room……

“For the price I paid for this suite, I expected better. Nothing was clean in the room. The sheets were dirty, as well as the tub and toilet. There was a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom. The fixtures in the room were missing or loose. The area where the carpet met the floor going into the kitchen was unfinished, and my 3 year old son ripped his sock on it. The refrigerator was rusty. My wife spent a good amount of time cleaning the entire suite to make it usable. We even got new sheets……
