I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. Everything about Hotel Meneghino was perfect. Tatiana greeted us upon arrival and was available every day to help us with little details from getting cabs to recommending shopping and restaurants. The room was super clean and comfortable and was complete with teas, coffees, snacks, cereals, juices, milk and more. It was a one mile walk to the center of Milan and the Duomo, which was wonderful. This hotel was a great choice for us. Close to everything, but in a neighborhood. Besides offering a spotless environment, great breakfasts in their roof top bistro, the very best this hotel has is their staff! English speaking, patient with every question I had and a smile for me every time! Special gratitude for Nicco. Very personable and knowledgeable.
