"Overall the property was nice and room was perfect for what I needed. However I never received my check-in instructions and couldn't get anyone from the property to get into the building. Thankfully their outside service was helpful. Then when I got inside I didn't have a room key, again I called and left a message regarding my missing key, over a two night stay, I never heard from anyone. Thankfully I didn't have any issues with things getting stolen. "

"Property has nice charm. We were there coincidentally when the local kids were trick or treating and it was nice to see the place decked out and the staff dressed up as kids came in to get candy and parents getting a bite from the restaurant.
Biggest complaint was the bed, it needs to be replaced immediately as it sinks in and we unfortunately had very bad nights of no sleep due to this."
