“The apartment is in a great location. Fantistic grocery, deli, restaurants, cross town bus, and subway only a block away. The living space is small but worked for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was helpful to have a washing machine. The only thing you might want to know is that the apartment in the photo isn't the apartment we stayed in. It was 95% the same. I think the outfit may have two very similar units in the building and used the same photos for both. For……

“Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“The space worked perfectly for 4 adults. The location was excellent to walk to local attractions, food spots and public transportation. The main bedroom was very spacious. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!”

“Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. During a confusing and stressful check-in, we finally reached a……

“Lovely apartment, exceptionally well equipped, super clean. Fast, friendly communication and very smooth check-in service. Close to several public transport lines so transit to midtown very convenient.”

“Our family of five was comfortable for sleeping, eating, and lounging. The unit looks exactly as shown in the photos. No surprises. The towels, sheets, and comforters are all new. There was enough bottled water in the frig for our entire stay. Same for paper products (paper towels, toilette tissue, etc.), dish liquid, hand soap, & shampoo. We had an issue with the electric circuit breaker upon our arrival. Gertrude had it fixed immediately! Thank you for that! The building is very quiet and……

“Overall the stay was wonderful. It is an old apartment but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. There is AC in every room. Great for families in a safe location near all Amenities such as stores and subway. Close to Central park.”

“Outside door never opened with key and apartment key didn’t work I paid 511.00 for a locksmith”

“We stayed for 7 days at this property. The location is great and the home is exactly what we were looking for. Aside from a slight confusion about the address, everything was great. I understand they withhold the exact address for safety reason, but that part was not disclosed to us. The location is very close to what they show on the listing.”

“Best location in NYC Everything you need was just steps away. The host communication was incredible. From start to finish. They stayed in touch….”

“Very pleased overall. It would have been nice to have a toaster and some washcloths.”
