The hotel is in a great location but was disappointed in my room. The closet was more like a cupboard and I had to get creative on hanging my clothes. There is no chest for drawers. The lighting switches are confusing but figured them out. Even on the full lighting, the room is dim. The staff was great.

The hotel is very well situated, and we got great service (shoutout to Manuel at reception!). The public areas and the room were all very clean and well maintained. The room doors slam very loudly, and so when other guests leave or arrive early morning or late at night we hear doors slamming. It would be accommodating if complimentary water bottles were replenished daily and not just upon arrival. We would stay there again!

"If you’re booking the traditional rooms, especially floors 21-28, the elevator is so slow! It seemed like only one out of the three elevators was working. Our table in the room had a crack. Bed was comfortable, room had good space for luggage. No water bottles in the rooms, you have to pick them ..."
