"Amazing location and great place to stay. The staff were incredibly helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed it and with a few minor changes would be an excellent place and highly recommend to everyone. The only minor squiggles where the fact the pool was out of action for one of our two main days we were there which was disappointing, noisy building work going on right by the pool area when you’re trying to relax and the fact they charge high prices without really providing the expected service to match. The rooms were dirty, we had hot water and TV failures. The decking around the pool is dangerous. The hotel will be knocked down or renovated and renamed at some stage. "This place is so disappointing, dirty and disgusting. Both the hotel and surrounding area are unfinished and unfit for paying guests at this time. The pool wasn’t ready, the sun beds hadn’t arrived from China, the lifts were broken so we had to trek through the building site to use the filthy dirty service elevator with the dirty washing and building materials that were being moved around. This place simply should not be open at this time. I am In the process of claiming back a full refund....

"If you're looking for a stay that isn't your typical hotel room style, this is the place. Because the room is its own separate building, you get to have the freedom to make as much noise as you like without worrying about the neighbors complaints. And it's uniquely designed - pretty awesome looking. I booked my stay after the New Year and so the resort was completely quiet and serene. Perhaps also because it's a more secluded resort, away from the party area. Staff were great, and food was delicious. No complaints here. I would definitely stay here again. "
