“I booked a family room and the photo showed there is a camping for children inside the room. But there is nothing provided during the actual visit.”

“Good location and pleasant overall surrounding. Nice carpark and convenient access to room. But elevators were slow and control buttons are a bit out-of date. Pleasant an courteous staff. Nice and spacious room.”

“Room furniture very dated and not in very good condition. Limited menu in restaurant Soup Indian curry or sandwich Sandwich one thin slice of ham slice of cheese and about six pieces of onion For a four star Hotel this is totally unacceptable Had to find another restaurant for our second night.”

“Cannot fault this lovely hotel. Just wanted to comment, to be patient with food order. We arrived at 7.30pm, staff where clearly busy, there was also a wedding in the venue. We where not served our starters until 9pm and deserts till after 10pm with a young family this was obviously not ideal. I must comment all food (apart from veggie option) was very good.”

“We stayed for work in a junior suite and were disappointed with the condition of the room. The décor was dated, the furniture was very tired and grubby, particularly the sofa, and the table surface was sticky enough that we had to clean it ourselves. Both bathroom sinks were blocked and required a visit from maintenance. Overall, the room did not meet the standard you would expect from a suite, especially in terms of cleanliness. On a positive note, the pizza we ordered from the hotel’s Italian……
