“My massage was amazing and as good as some of the dishes tasted, I had the worst food poisioning of my life because of the chicken tikka masala where I wound up being sick for a week in Uganda after then flying to Rwanda to go to the ER because of salmonella. Btw, when I told staff I was very sick, they offered nothing to compensate. Terrible”

“The Aircon was not working when asked to change rooms told all the rooms available have no Aircon working they brought a portable Aircon in the room and it was like an sleeping inside a truck with the noise it made. I had a guest visit me and the receptionist said only 30 Minutes will be allowed or we will charge extra $40 for the guest if the guest stays even 1 minute more I requested 15 mins extra but was rudely denied saying you have signed a checkin form and you should have read the……
