“The hotel is very clean. But not too much restaurant choice.”

“Incredible views with the corner city-view room. Access to the rooftop observatory and museum was a cool amenity. The 27th floor prohibition bar was nice as well.”

“They had No A/C or Hot water. Worst hotel experience ever.”

“Room overall was okay. However, it was bad hospitality. There was an event going on and their noise level was way overboard. No respect to others guests. We were on the 9th floor and the we heard them partying all through midnight. Hotel is a place for us to rest and to have some quiet time, not having to hear music all night. We will not be back at this location. First and last, as there's no respect for the guests who paid for a place that's suppose to allow guest to rest, but that did not……

“Worn, outdated, musty smell in hallways and room. We were charged for coffee in the morning, most hotels offer it complimentary, furniture in room dented, scratched and dirty. Pillows and mattress were uncomfortable, flat. Bathroom outdated, strong bleach smell. Windows dirty. Air conditioning was very noisy, clunky. Woke us up every time the fan came on. Got a rash from the pool and I had to pick up large pieces of broken glass from the parking lot around our truck before we could leave. Hilton……
