“La habitación apestaba a humedad ”

“Never again, visited for the weekend. Disappointed, if you are looking for food options, the breakfast buffet was lame. They had Colombian rice with beans , soup, and potatoes, breads, fruits, but rice and beans at a Hotel Called The Brown??? For breakfast??? Not only that but 80% of the people eating were with guest bracelets and were locals which were young men with women that had fake butts. The staff not very friendly typically and not on top of the guest as you would think in a place like……

“Staff superb. They are very accomodating. Love the firepit and hottub at night. Very beautiful okace, the best in the area. ”

“The views are stunning, but a few details could be improved, especially for what seems to be a luxury stay. Some parts of the room felt a bit worn. The curtains were falling apart, and the kitchen light bulb hung so low that I kept hitting my head on it. The staff could also be a bit more welcoming, and the breakfast left room for improvement, as the bread was hard on both mornings. The room service meals were tasty, although quite expensive, like most things at the hotel, but I can understand……

“Habitacion limpia, baño con agua caliente, cocina equipada por si quieres cocinar tu mismo, refrigerador y un ventilador (por si esta muy caluroso, no hay A/C). Muy buena la comida del restaurante y las atenciones de los jovenes. Mi unica queja: las batas de baño estaban muy desgastadas al igual que la tela de las sillas que estan en el balcon, sumado a esto, deben poner luces y arreglar el camino hacia las cabañas: Tuvimos que caminar hasta nuestra habitacion entre lodo (habia lloviido el dia……
