It’s a bit confusing to find that main lobby to check in ( located next to the Nice2CU convenience store) but it’s on the ground level. Easy access to the subway. This is a hidden gem for the price. "Service was poor. The hotel claimed to be luxury. Not luxury at all. Paper cups. No drinking glasses available. No ice service and no staff would get ice. I had to go 7/11 and buy ice. Restaurant closed. Bar closed. Noisy room fan. "

The bedding was nice, but sleeping on the mattress was worse than sleeping on the floor. Plus, the room was really dry. But the staff was really helpful and kind.
