"We stayed here during a family holiday. It is a perfect location between ischia porto and ponte. The hotel facilities are great and it was always spotless. The pools are lovely. In the morning the pool is in the shade which is perfect as it always the kids the play without the risk of being burnt by the sun. The best thing was that it felt very italian not british!"

"🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ischia Magic — 5 Stars of Pure Island Bliss 🇮🇹🌊 This hotel is pure gold. The staff? Absolute legends. Warm, genuine, and somehow always nearby just when you need something. They treated us like old friends, but the kind of friends who also bring you fresh towels. Our room was cool, calming, and beautifully styled—like someone designed it just to make you feel at home. Everything felt polished without being pretentious. The whole place had a kind of relaxed elegance. We’re already planning our return! 🍋"

"We were welcomed with such warmth and offered a glass of bubbles or a non-alcoholic drink on arrival. We were given a family room not far from the rocky beach, with stunning views and perfectly placed sunbeds within the cove. The only downside was that we got caught in heavy rain, which unfortunately flooded our room. The staff quickly moved us to a room on the 2nd floor inside the hotel—what a beautiful room!—but it did mean we had to move all our suitcases up and down, as we had to retun back into our old room, which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were only there fir 3 nights. The staff, however, were all absolutely lovely. A special mention goes to Rocco at the breakfast bar, who was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating every morning an the guy at reception which I forgot his name. The restaurant was really good but a bit over priced considering there was not much food on the plate. I would definitely recommend this hotel but not for people with either a physical disability or physical inability as there are a lot of stairs, the lift was out of order but only within the building. However, thank you to all and thank you for let us staying, I will definitely return "

Two swimming pools on premises - one was thermal. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The included breakfast had a large selection of items including fresh pastries.
