"Just wonderful "

"Had a lovely stay at Novotel in York. Very clean and good standard room. Close to the centre. Only down side is, you can hear the noise from the corridor at times. Our room was next to the lift. "

"Reception Staff was helpful and patient whilst dealing with a number of our party at the same time. The room in the coach house was quiet and adequate, and clean, though the bed was a bit too hard to say it was comfortable for me. Dining in the on-site pub was OK, staff courteous and helpful. Coped well with a full dining room. Breakfast in the hotel had limited choices of fresh fruit and although the hot buffet was OK the eggs had continued to cook under the heat lamps."
